Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) is a minimally invasive procedure to assess diseases of the digestive (gastrointestinal) tract and other nearby organs and tissues. Endoscopic ultrasound is used to screen the pancreaticobiliary system, to take FNA from pancreaticobiliary masses or lymph nodes and used to perform therapeutic procedures such as pancreatic pseudocyst drainage,choledochoduodenostomy ,heapticogastrostomy.
